In Company Workshops
We can present an in-company workshop to your organisation, focused for your specific needs. The China Insight workshop can be held at your facility, or anywhere worldwide you choose. As few as 8 people can participate, up to a maximum of 32. The workshop can be presented to specific departments, such as sales or purchasing. However more benefit will be gained by including finance, manufacturing, logistics, support, computer, HR and management. Firstly these departments all interact internally with each other so need to understand the complex cultural issues the ‘commercial’ people are dealing with, Secondly these departments could interact with, or meet, Chinese personnel at some stage and it is vital they understand the issues of Face, relationships, meetings and meals.
